Reviews

"James E. Orlikoff and Mary K. Totten have assembled a collection of informative pieces to help trustees enhance their effectiveness.  The Trustee Handbook for Health Care Governance, Second Edition is clear, concise and contemporary.  It covers boardroom basics and even takes a look at governance in the Internet age.  Each chapter includes an overview of the topic, discussion questions, a series of practical exercises that focus attention on a board's unique situation, tips for improving effectiveness, and in many cases a self-assessment questionnaire.  All of this is delivered in a warm, interactive style."
Connie R. Curran, President, Cardinal Health Consulting Services
