Return & Refund Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and in the rare instance a defective product is shipped, we will gladly replace it at no charge and with no additional shipping charges, but we cannot accept general product returns or offer refunds. If you receive a defective item please contact us using the contact information at the top of this page.

Payment Options

Credit Cards
You can use our website right now and make your purchase using your credit card. NOTE: the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card used must be an EXACT MATCH. If they do not match, the card will be declined.
You can also call (406) 586-8775 and place your credit card order over the phone.

We will also accept your payment by check. Please contact us with the title(s) and the number of books. One of our staff will be happy to take your order and email a pre-pay invoice. At that point, simply mail your check (payable to Second River Healthcare) to:

Our normal operating hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5, and Fridays 8-4 mountain time. If an order is received before noon our time, it will typically be shipped the same day, otherwise orders received on weekends, holidays, or after noon will be shipped the next business day.

Orders within the continental United States

Orders are shipped from our offices in Bozeman, Montana. You can choose to have products shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

USPS shipments are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.

- Priority mail will arrive 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date.
- Express mail will arrive 1 to 2 business days after the shipping date.

*Please note that United States Postal Service shipments are now trackable. Your tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent by the website at the end of the day it is shipped. To check the status, go to www.usps.com and insert your tracking number into their Tracking option in the Quick Tools box.*

UPS shipments can be sent under any of UPS’s standard shipping options.

- UPS Next Day Air will arrive the next business day after the shipping date.
- UPS 2nd Day Air will arrive 2 to 3 business days after the shipping date.
- UPS Ground will arrive 3 to 6 business days after the shipping date.

*UPS shipments can be tracked and have insurance enough to cover actual cost of your order.*


International Orders

International orders are shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail and will arrive 7 to 30 business days after the shipping date depending on the destination and the time it takes for the shipment to get through customs. Most international shipments are trackable and you will get your tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail that is sent to you at the end of the day the order is shipped.
